Photojournalistic Cincinnati Columbus Dayton Wedding Photography
I photographed Joe and his lovely family on Sunday in Dayton. As many of you know, Joe is also a very talented photographer in Columbus and I actually photographed his wedding back in 2008. We have very similar styles of photographing, something that we refer to as “Overpowering the sun” and “Off Camera Flash rocks”. We used these techniques during the shoot. Enjoy.

Presenting our latest engagement with Tony and Deanna from Dayton OH.
Angela and I started at Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek where Tony and Deanna actually met a few years ago while working at adjoining businesses in the food court. We then went to Wegerzyn Gardens where I risked serious injury in search of a great shot.
We look forward to photographing their wedding at Dayton Art Institute in March 2012.

On Saturday, Linda, Sarah, and I covered Jennifer and Nick’s intimate wedding in Kentucky. The ceremony and reception were held at the Wiedemann Hill Mansion. The mansion offers an unparalleled view of the Downtown Cincinnati and on a perfect evening like we had on Saturday, the sunset and evening skyline pictures are absolutely breathtaking. Here are some sneak peek images.As I was setting up my lighting for some skyline shots, I invited the owners of the Wiedemann Hill Mansion, Donna and Roger to help me. Here is an awesome shot which occurred about 30 minutes after sunset. The timing is crucial, because I wanted to pull as much of the blue sky as was available, while still being able to pickup the skyline lights.

On Saturday Niki and Joe photographed Lois and Ben’s Wedding. We started at Miami University with getting ready shots and Kumler Chapel for some amazing shots with the Lois and the bridesmaids. We then drove to Dayton for the wedding and reception at Mandalay Banquet Center. More pics to come later…
